One portfolio. Distinct voices.

What can five active spaces be?

Five spaces do not need to mean five unrelated clients. A founder can keep a company, public voice, product, market, and mission current without making every message sound the same.

Space 1

Core company or product

Space 2

Founder or expert voice

Space 3

Product line or offer

Space 4

Regional or language presence

Space 5

Cause, venture, or approved collaborator

Each space keeps its own audience, voice, channels, and approval boundaries. Lane helps the work stay current and learn which space earns attention and traction.

Expand deliberately

Your external budgets stay visible and under your control.

We do not hide variable costs inside a mysterious token bundle. Your plan sets Lane capacity; your approved operating budget covers the vendors, models, estimated task costs, caps, and approvals that matter to your team.

Variable budgets can include

  • AI text, image, and video generation
  • Advertising and media spend
  • Email delivery, data providers, and connected third-party tools

Use your existing vendor accounts where a workflow supports it, or agree a transparent managed budget. In either case, work stays within the caps and approval path you set.

For agencies and specialists

Bring your channel craft. Lane brings the operating cadence.

Use Lane Cycle capacity to configure, run, and evidence marketing workflows across a client portfolio. We are not here to replace your expertise; we help make it easier to focus that expertise on the work that earns traction.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Lane Cycle?

A Lane Cycle is one scheduled operating pass for one active brand or voice space. Lane reviews evidence, finds the next opportunity, proposes actions for approval, and records what she learns. Discover cycles focus on discovery and proposals; higher plans can continue through approved execution in connected tools.

What is an active brand or voice space?

A space can be a company, founder voice, product line, regional or language version, cause, related venture, or approved collaborator. Each has its own audience, voice, channels, and approval boundaries.

How does pricing work?

Your monthly commitment has two parts: the Lane plan, which sets active spaces and weekly Lane Cycle capacity, plus the external operating budget you approve for AI generation, media, email, data, and connected tools. The plan is not a token bundle.

Can we concentrate cycles on one priority?

Yes. Weekly Lane Cycle credits are allocated across your active spaces. Higher plans permit more cycles on one priority space when a launch, opportunity, or problem needs concentrated attention.

What counts as variable spend?

Variable spend includes AI text, image, and video generation; advertising and media spend; email delivery; data providers; and other third-party services used by an agreed workflow. These are not hidden inside a token bundle.

Do we pay for drafts we reject?

Routine research, drafts, revisions, and learning draw from an agreed monthly working budget whether you keep a draft or not; that is the cost of doing the work and improving the next recommendation. We do not bill draft-by-draft, and Lane does not create billable work outside the agreed plan or budget.

How do we control variable costs?

We agree a working budget for routine research and drafting, then separate activation budgets for higher-cost generation, media, sending, publishing, data, and other external actions. Lane keeps spend visible and does not exceed an agreed limit or activation approval path.

Can we use our existing vendor accounts?

Where a workflow supports it, yes. We can use your existing advertising, email, data, and other vendor accounts, or agree a transparent managed budget for the work in scope.

How do we get started?

Choose the plan that feels closest to your current portfolio, then send a question through the enquiry form. We will help with the first-run setup, workflows, external budget, and approval guardrails.

Is my data safe?

Security is a priority. We use enterprise-grade encryption for data transmission and storage, protect your brand assets and content, and do not share your data with third parties. We are working toward SOC 2 readiness for customers who require formal security assurance; Luminary Lane is not yet SOC 2 attested.
