2. Services Provided

Luminary Lane offers AI-powered branding automation, including content generation, scheduling, and brand management across digital platforms. The AI-generated content is based on user-provided inputs such as brand objectives, visuals, language, tone, and voice. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always meet your expectations or legal requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate brand details for AI-generated content.
  • Content Review: You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
  • Prohibited Use: You shall not use Luminary Lane to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities.

4. AI-Generated Content & Liability

  • AI-generated content is created based on patterns and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
  • Luminary Lane is not responsible for any misinterpretation, negative brand perception, or misuse of AI-generated content.
  • You assume full responsibility for the content published using Luminary Lane and any consequences that may arise.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Luminary Lane's Rights: We retain ownership of the AI models, software, algorithms, and platform infrastructure.
  • User Rights: You retain ownership of the brand inputs and final AI-generated content created for your use.
  • Limited License: You may use AI-generated content solely for your branding and marketing needs.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Some services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees as per the pricing structure.
  • Luminary Lane reserves the right to modify pricing and will notify users of any changes.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Luminary Lane collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By default, Luminary Lane may store and use brand inputs, interactions, and generated work to improve its services and AI capabilities. This does not change your ownership of client-specific content.
  • For qualifying engagements, we may agree no-training restrictions or specific data-use limits in writing before onboarding.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Luminary Lane provides AI-generated content "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.
  • We are not liable for any financial losses, reputational damage, or legal issues resulting from the use of our services.
  • Our maximum liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.
